Customising your feedback portal makes your portal on-brand and tailored to your use case of the Feedback Portal.
⚠️ You'll need the Workspace Administrator permission to enable this feature.
Enabling the Feedback Portal
To enable the feature, head over to Workspace Settings and under Feedback, scroll down until you see the 'Portal enabled' option. Click the switch to enable it.
Customising your Feedback Portal
On the same page, you are able to customise the look of your portal, from its display name, logo, and theme colour to any important links that users can access (such as your changelog and navigation links).
Webhooks
You are also able to receive notifications via a webhook when an event occurs (e.g. a new post, comment, vote, or status change).
